New Online Thursday Yoga Flow: Find Your Balance & Unwind After the Week

My fellow Yogis!
I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my new online Thursday Yoga Flow class with the next session scheduled on 21 November! Every second Thursday from 6:00PM to 7:00PM, we’ll gather together virtually for an hour of calming, rejuvenating and empowering yoga. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or are just beginning your journey, this class is designed to help you unwind, reconnect and find balance both on and off the mat.
Why a Thursday Yoga Flow?
By Thursday, the week often feels like it’s taken its toll. Whether it's the mental demands of work, personal commitments, or just the hustle and bustle of life, it’s easy to feel drained or out of balance. That’s where yoga comes in.
This class is designed to offer you a dedicated space to release tension, calm your mind and recharge your body. Each flow will focus on gentle stretches, strength-building poses, and mindful breathwork to help you feel grounded and relaxed as you move into the weekend.
What to Expect from This Class
A Balanced Flow: The practice will include a mix of dynamic movements and slower, mindful stretches to release tension and keep you feeling energized.
Breathwork: We’ll focus on deep, calming breathing techniques to center your mind and enhance relaxation.
All Levels Welcome: Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to meet you where you are. I’ll offer modifications throughout to ensure that everyone feels supported.
Relaxation: The class will conclude with a short period of relaxation or meditation to help you leave feeling refreshed, calm and centered.

One of the best parts of this class is that it’s online, so you can join from anywhere - your living room, bedroom or even a cozy corner of your house. You don’t have to worry about commuting or fitting yoga into your busy schedule - simply hop onto the call from wherever is most convenient for you.
