What I teach
Vinyassa Yoga
A dynamic and fluid style, Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes breath with movement, creating a seamless flow of postures. This invigorating practice cultivates strength, flexibility, and a meditative state of awareness.
Meditation
Meditation is a sacred practice of stillness and introspection that fosters a deep connection with your inner self. Through mindful awareness and focused breathing, it nurtures peace and spiritual awakening.
Yoga Nidra
Often referred to as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that induces deep relaxation and restorative rest. This practice allows you to journey into the subconscious, promoting healing and inner peace. Typically, a Yoga Nidra session lasts between 20 and 40 minutes.
Yin Yoga
A serene, introspective practice, Yin Yoga involves holding postures for extended periods to target deep connective tissues and enhance flexibility. This meditative style encourages a profound sense of stillness and surrender.
Hatha Yoga
A timeless and foundational form of yoga, Hatha Yoga emphasizes physical postures and breathwork. Its gentle, slower pace makes it ideal for beginners and those seeking to cultivate a mindful practice.
Restorative Yoga
This is a gentle, calming practice that uses props like blankets and bolsters to support the body in restful postures. This promotes deep relaxation, tension release, and overall stress relief. With a focus on mindfulness and stillness, it soothes the nervous system and fosters a sense of inner peace and well-being.
